China Continues

CHINA
(these images and words have no copyright protection)

Chinese cities are normal/mediocre during the day, but very cool and pretty at night.

Found some dragons outside my apartment

Really bummed I went to the homecity of Lao Tzu, a master of Being, and could not see this statue in person. Next time.

Little Qiqi is loved by all in Tongxin school.

This little dumpling has an identical twin, and they are the youngest and smallest in the school. It's taken a month to get them to say anything, but they're always well behaved and adorable!

Mid-Autumn Festival.
I heard the story behind it for the first time, it reminded me a lot of Adam and Eve and the snake temptation.

在中心
我每次在中心
中庸之道知道吗?

So far in this area I've taught in maybe 6-10 different schools, only 2 of all those teachers have been male, myself and my dude next to me here.

Free prizes dice game thing!

Always loving the minimalist Chinese visual arts

鱼香茄子, my favorite dish, made 100% vegetarian just for me!

Very delicious, totally vegetarian...I wish I remembered the name of it...

Saw these in the supermarket.
Kinda grossed out...what are they? how to eat/cook them?

Outside my apartment.

BBQ with the youngsters at a famous residence of an old Confucian poet or something dude.

I'm normally tired from teaching so much, but the weather was nice so I took the bike out for a ride around the block. This river is close by, with many good views. You see all the birds on the boat down there? I think they are pets of this one older guy, or hunt for him, I have no idea. Big birds, cranes I think.
