Hello one and all!
Action packed first few days here in Daegu, South Korea.
Tomorrow I start my first day at Wonderland Kindergarten. I'll have the same students, 24 or less, for the rest of the year, 9-3 M-F. This Tom Brady finally found his Belichick :)

Day 1 Photos:
Those yellow pieces you see above are 'pickled radish' - really cheap and tasty.
Beer that looks like it's for children, lol!
Lucky numbers! I didn't ask for any specific room or apartment, but these numbers are Perfect. The spots on the 6 are significant; may take months to understand. Also learned today that #4 is really unlucky in Korea; they often do not have 4th floors in buildings, it goes 1,2,3,5,etc.
3 floor Daiso, biggest one I've been to, but there's a bigger one in Daegu that people sometimes need to wait 20+ minutes for a parking space to go in.
These past few days I've seen so many kids playing here, in 7-11, etc. with ZERO parental supervision. This is a good thing. It means there is ubiquitous safety, even in the 3rd biggest city in this country.
First offering, first breakfast in Korea, from within a closet.
It's muesli plus banana and milk in a cup. Delicious and nutritious, with TLC.
